3 stars for Luxury Wheels and Turo Support. The car was okay overall. However, one of the tires started losing air during my trip. The tire shop told me the leak was from the valve, not a nail or anything I caused, and that the tire couldn't be repaired. I replaced it for my family's safety. At the end of the trip, I explained everything, sent the receipt, and asked for reimbursement, but I never received a response or any refund. The host is now using the brand-new tire that I paid for. Unfortunately, Turo customer service didn't help resolve the situation either.
