The hosts were great with communication and responded VERY promptly to all messages. Pickup and drop-off were easy. A lever that reclines and folds down one of the seats was broken, but the car gets great mileage for a minivan. Would definitely rent from them again.

This was our first time to rent through Turo. What a great concept! It was a easy process. Read all the directions and you should be good to go. Only missed one detail. I needed to know a little more detailed info on the processes to exit the parking garage. That was my only hiccup so I still give this a 5 star. This car was absolutely amazing on gas, comfort and driving. There were 4 of us traveling all around the Santa Cruz area. Two of which are elderly. Great car. Thanks for a good experience. Pickup was smooth, and the van ran great mechanically. No issues on our trip. Pictures should be updated as the van is starting to show its age. There are some cosmetic issues that either should be fixed or shown up front. Cracked tail light patched with tape, broken side mirror patched with a white compound, seat corner cracked. We had no issues with the van, it worked well for our family, just fyi on it getting older and cosmetically it's not like a new car.

The Van super super clean at pick up and having the car ready at the airport was very convenient. Easy drop off instruction made rental a breeze. Thank you!

Everything was excellent. I highly recommend this car (excellent gas mileage for a gas car and in excellent condition) and host (made everything easy for as a first time Turo user. Location at SFO much easier and cheaper than the car rental center.)

Everything went smoothly for the most part. Car was a bit worse for wear with nearly 300k miles and some dents and dings, but no mechanical or functional issues and got us where we needed for a good price.

Pick up and drop off at SFO was very easy. Car was fuel efficient and great for getting around. As a 6-foot person, it wasn’t the most comfortable to drive, but for the price, it was exactly what we needed.
