Fantastic experience from start to finish. The Mercedes was clean, comfortable, and a pleasure to drive throughout our trip. The entire process was seamless, and Arcdon was responsive and made pickup and return incredibly easy. The vehicle was exactly as described and perfect for our travels. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from Arcdon again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great vehicle and a hassle-free experience.

All I can say is WOW!! Zaid completely saved the day and my week long work trip. I had a reservation with another car owner, and they completely no-showed. So I was stranded at the airport without a vehicle for the week. Turo customer service was spectacular and got me sorted out with a new car (with Zaid) and upgrades. Zaid was able to get the car over for super fast pick up and I cannot speak more highly of his team and this Mercedes EV. It was a perfect ride to get around SanFrancisco for a work conference. Thank you Zaid for saving my butt!!!
