Ford rental in Romulus, MI

The 2017 Ford Transit that we rented was nice, clean, and in very good condition. This vehicle is excellent on gas. Even with the high gas prices now, the Ford Transit ran a long ways before we had to refill on fuel. Mr. Isaiah is a very nice person with great customer service. The previous person I was renting from, vehicle was not ready at rental time. Mr Isaiah was there to save our trip!. Anyone needing a Transit vehicle, I highly recommend renting from Mr. Isaiah. I most definitely will rent from him again.

This was my first time renting from Isiah and customer service was phenomenal! He provided great knowledge of the vehicle and ensured I would have no issues. The vehicle was very clean and still had the new car scent! The process for reservation was quick and easy. I let him know I was running 30 minutes behind my scheduled return time and he stated, “No problem, take your time.” If anyone is looking for a van to travel with a big family, Isiah is the person to rent from. Wonderful experience! He has gained a lifelong customer!

Good host & vehicle. 1st time renting an EV. I did not experience any major issues. Slight hiccup in finding the car in the parking garage, more detailed instructions would have been helpful bc there aren't a lot signage in the parking garage. Overall, would def rent again.

Love this elevated luxury ford explorer at a solid price! Drives smooth and is super spacious and comfortable. Brad was ABSOLUTELY on top of it all from the moment I booked to aligning the airport pick up timing perfectly (especially during prime holiday season), to checking in with me throughout my trip, and finally, coordinating the car drop off! My family and I felt very taken care of, and next time we have a family trip back home in Michigan you bet I’ll be booking with Brad!

This Ford Edge was very clean and in good condition. Check-in/ pickup was smooth. Using the Jax car wash service was convenient. Drop-off/ check out was easy. Communication with Host was fast and easy. When we come back to Detroit, I would definitely rent from this Host again. Thanks!!

This SUV ran really smoothly, it was clean and very spacious. Pick-up went pret smoothly but I wasn’t aware of the $23 parking ticket until I had already reserved the car. In my opinion that should be included in the price when you book. Nonetheless Tanisha messaged me back in a timely manner when I ever I reached out. I would definitely book this vehicle again.

Brad and his wife are amazing hosts!! Incredibly easy communication and planning for my arrival and departure from DTW. The truck itself is awesome! Brand new, clean, comfortable, it was a dream.
