I wouldn’t rent from anyone else if these guys are in the area you are looking to pickup a vehicle. 10/10 service all around from this host. I had a vehicle booked for 4 months, finally got to the 24 hour countdown, went to do the license confirmation to get hit with “the vehicle is no longer available but I have this.” “This” was a luxury sedan or a luxury SUV which both were nice vehicles but I also consider my personal vehicle nice, I was looking to be spending the money on a sportier rental so I politely denied those. Few minutes later I get a call asking what I’m looking for which i tell him a sportier vehicle and his offer was a corvette.. for reference my original booking was an Acura TLX type s …I probably would’ve went with the vette if I wasn’t needing a 4 door but had to deny that, yet again, instead of “well you’re SOL” and canceling the trip, he says “give me a few minutes.” Those few minutes went by and I get a call back, offered this 550I. Major upgrade from these guys with the last minute notice on unavailability. They were urgent at getting it all handled before my trip start, preparing the car at 2:30 in the morning the night before then up at 10am to contact support to get the swap taken care of for my trip by 11:30am and I was still in the car by 11. The host had no problem going through the cancellation process for the refund if I wanted and also didn’t stop trying to get me not only just any vehicle but into what i was looking for, gave me a better option than the original booked car to accommodate all of that. I talked to 2 individuals and both were very polite and easy to work with during that entire process. The BMW itself was fantastic, interior is spacious and very comfortable, it rode and handled perfectly on the long journey. For being a twin turbo v8 with a few things done to it (it’s not stock) gas mileage was great. Very fun car indeed, was told it’s a favorite in the fleet and I could tell why within 5 minutes behind the wheel. I appreciate you guys for the opportunity of taking that beast on this trip.

Car was great , good on gas , for an older car it of course has its wear and tear but it’s well maintained. Host sent reminders regarding trip , but not too many that it felt overwhelming and was very prompt about my extension request . Will definitely rent again. Thank you

Thank you for alowing me to rent from you., car ran good, keep a eye on the oil had to add a quart during the trip.

The best man to deal with ever his cars really nice and clean

Car was great. Just as expected. Would definitely rent again. Very low mileage but the amount of very small blemishes are heartbreaking for such a nice car. Renters should be more careful.
Car was in great quality and the host was very responsive! Would definitely rent again
Had a great experience with this Turo trip. The car was clean, drove good, and I didn’t have any problems with it the whole time. Pickup and drop-off were both easy and everything went smooth. The host was cool, communicated well, and made the whole process simple. Definitely would book with them again.
Car quality was great, pick up was smooth and easy. Definitely would rent again and recommend

Car was fantastic!! Host was amazing as always!! Will definitely be back for me next rental!

Great car and in great condition for a great price. I recommend this vehicle for anyone looking for a way to get around!

He was a great person to rent from! Even when I had to make last-minute changes, he was very responsive, understanding, and easy to communicate with. The pickup and drop-off location was also easy to find and convenient. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely rent from him again!
