We had a great trip with Anatolii's Prius! The communication was top notch. It was our first time using Turo so having such good communication was fantastic. The car was very clean, cleaner than other rental cars I've had. We drove a lot and the car was reliable, easy to drive and having the hybrid was a real bonus. Pick up and drop off were easy- as described. We sure appreciated avoiding the line at rental car counter. We'd definitely rent a car from Anatolii again.

Car was clean and in great working order. Couldn’t get my phone to connect via blue tooth, but there is a plug in for aux cord and a place to plug in USB for charging. Overall great ride at a great price! Thank you.

Gerald was a great host and made the entire rental experience easy and convenient. The car was very clean, fully fueled, and in great condition when I picked it up. Pickup and return were both simple, and the airport setup was very convenient with only a small parking/airport fee. The car ran well throughout my trip, and communication was excellent from start to finish. I especially appreciated how flexible and understanding Gerald was when my flight changed and I needed to extend my return time. He responded quickly, approved the extension, and provided clear return instructions. Gerald even met me in person when I returned the vehicle and handled most of the return process himself, which made everything much smoother since he was already there preparing for the next customer. I also accidentally left an item in the car, and he called me right away so I could quickly come back and retrieve it before leaving the airport. Overall, the experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. I would definitely rent from Gerald again and highly recommend him!

Car was great , good on gas , for an older car it of course has its wear and tear but it’s well maintained. Host sent reminders regarding trip , but not too many that it felt overwhelming and was very prompt about my extension request . Will definitely rent again. Thank you

From beginning to end, Sam was extremely professional, responsive, attentive, and genuinely kind. Communication was excellent throughout the entire rental, and anytime I needed anything, Sam was quick to respond and made the whole experience feel effortless. The 2025 Nissan Altima itself was amazing. The car was clean, comfortable, smooth, and incredibly efficient. It handled beautifully on the road and made the entire drive enjoyable. I was especially impressed by how well the car balanced comfort with fuel efficiency it was perfect for getting around without constantly having to think about stopping for gas. One of my favorite parts was definitely the sound system. I love music, so having a clear, powerful, quality sound system makes a huge difference for me. The Altima delivered! Music sounded great throughout the car and made every drive that much better. The navigation system was another major plus. I also really value having reliable directions when I’m traveling, and the navigation was easy to use, clear, and efficient. Between the navigation and sound system, the car had exactly the technology I appreciate most while driving. What really completed the experience, though, was Sam as a host. A great vehicle is one thing, but having a host who is attentive, courteous, dependable, and professional takes the experience to another level. Sam made everything straightforward and comfortable from start to finish. I would absolutely rent from Sam again and would highly recommend Sam and the 2025 Nissan Altima to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient, comfortable, and enjoyable rental experience. The pickup was super easy. The car was clean, comfy, got great gas mileage, and was 100x better than an Enterprise rental! The host was easy to work with and had clear instructions.

Everything was great. I didn't have to wait for the bus to take me to the rental center like you normally would at DTW, I was picked up right away and brought directly to my car. Very convenient. The car was also amazing, very clean and such a smooth drive. Thank you.

Car was great. Just as expected. Would definitely rent again. Very low mileage but the amount of very small blemishes are heartbreaking for such a nice car. Renters should be more careful.
