Car was great, everything I needed.

Pickup was the absolute worst. Parked in wrong terminal. Didn’t credit full amount of parking charge. Incorrect parking spot. No key in the lockbox. Never again with this guy
Guest never gave flight details so didn't know what terminal he was at, when we attempted to bring car to his terminal our cohost made a mistake. However that did not give you the right to swear and cuss him out. Thank you for the feedback, we will make sure to incorporate it into our process.

Good service and communication. I noticed once I left that the driver side door does not lock. Otherwise, everything else was great.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
