The awesome customer service didn’t stop there, as soon as we landed Brad sent a text ensuring that he would meet us at the arrival doors of the airport. The check-ins throughout the rental time to make sure everything was running perfectly was an added layer of stellar customer service. I will always rent with Brad and Jana anytime I visit my home town.
