No real complaints...the camera had some glitches before freezing up, other than that all was fine. The car itself was very clean both inside and out. The size was perfect. I had an issue with the parking fee but the host took care of that right away. I must say I had some trepidation using Turo but the host made it very easy to navigate. I message him several times at odd hours, and he was not only patient but also prompt with a reply. Very satisfied with the experience and will use this service and host again in the foreseeable future.

I had an amazing experience with Motor City! My host was absolutely wonderful. Communication was quick and easy, and he answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly. The car was clean, well-maintained, and drove beautifully. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely recommend Motor City and would gladly rent from them again!
