This Jeep was very clean and nicely equipped. The pickup location was a short Uber ride from the airport and Shawn made all aspects of this trip very easy from the initial reservation to the final drop off. If available, I would definitely want to use this Jeep again when back in the Detroit area.

First time Turo user. Car was very clean and delivered to US park perfectly on time. Direct message sent from owner with pick up instructions (if you are at DTW, take the shuttle on the left side over the bridge on the opposite side as regular car rentals. Vehicle was easy to drive and fill up. Nice sporty features. Didn't get any responses to my questions or messages along the way, but the turo rental process was fairly easy.

This was my first time using Turo. I was a little nervous that it would work as well as a car rental agency. Elizabeth was excellent at communicating and made me very comfortable to try this for our trip to Detroit. Dionte is amazing! He values his customers and is incredibly accommodating! My plane was FIVE hours late yet Dionte still had the car there waiting outside the baggage claim area. It was such a relief to not have to worry about my rental car while the airlines were making my life crazy. I messaged Dionte the whole time and he was so patient, friendly and kind. Dionte replies to messages super quickly which I really appreciated. The car I rented was clean, sharp looking, easy and fun to drive. It comes loaded with all the best features and the seats are really comfortable. Dionte cares about his customers’ experiences and I highly recommend renting from him.

The jeep was smooth and clean. Timelia meet my family and I at the Airport. Our flight was a bit delayed and she was understanding and polite. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Great car. The AC stopped working but then stared again and owner said they would get it serviced after our trip. Having a car seat to use was awesome! Would rent again!

An absolutely wonderful experience working with Devon.Like borrowing a car from you uncle except Devon has much a nicer car! The Traverse was in immaculate condition and smelled better than new. It ran perfectly and accommodated our family very well. The car was great and pick up/drop off was super easy at the airport but the real star of this rental was Stephen. He was super accommodating, gave clear instructions and was very responsive to all my questions. I even had an emergency change of plans and he didn’t even blink about it. I would 100% rent from him again!

Martez was a marvelous host. The Detroit Wayne airport is very confusing and he met me to hand deliver his car even though I selected a drop off , which would have meant trying to navigate my way to a confusing parking area at the airport. This was so helpful as I have mobility issues, so walking far distances to get to the car would have been a challenge. Martez came through when two other hosts did not respond with very little time before my trip started. The Turo agents tried their best to link me with more responsive hosts. I’m glad they found me Martez. I am so thankful for his excellent service. He even helped me find my way back to my departing plane (I was impossibly lost). Thanks to him, and help from some staff at the airport, I was able to make my flight on time. Thank you Martez and Turo!

We rented two Nissan Rogues from Anna in order to attend a relative’s wedding in Canada. Unfortunately the other Rogue was in an accident just prior to our arrival. Anna was very nice and offered to help us find another vehicle. This Rogue was clean and well maintained, perfect for non-smokers. Anna suggested an excellent meeting place and was there right on time. The pickup went very smoothly but I was running late for the drop-off due to traffic and my inability to find the correct airport terminal. My next time in Detroit I’ll make sure to be on time now that I know where I’m going. All-in-all a great trip!!!
