Customer service was prompt and informative. Pick up was within the allotted 30 minute window after the scheduled arrival time, luckily the flat tire was able to be fixed just in time. Truck smelled of smoke, reminded me of when vehicles had ash trays, a few air fresheners hanging from the mirror didn’t help.
Vehicle was a great ride and ran well, I was thankful to have reliable transportation that met all my needs.
