Everything went smoothly with pick up, they brought it right to the front door. We did return it early due to a flight change and they were accommodating with instructions to drop it off. We had no issues with the truck and being a hybrid it gets great mileage.

The size of the vehicle was great for our trip and the location was great, the issue we did have was picking the vehicle up at the airport it smelled like cigarettes and we are not smokers so that was disappointing and there was cigarette ashes in the vehicle we did buy air fresheners to try to get the smell to dissipate, but we could smell it the whole time. The tires were starting to bald which was a little concerning but we got to our destination safely.
I will say that the communication with the host was great and very helpful. We will still use Turo again, but for it being a first time it wasn’t a phenomenal experience I really do wish I could’ve given five stars.

Each year Turo vehicles are required to be inspected and our inspection actually just passed at the beginning of July for this vehicle. During this inspection, everything on the vehicle passed, including tire tread, which was more than satisfactory and as I’m sending it out on another trip currently the tires look fine to me. In regards to the “cigarette smell”, we have a strict no smoking policy and didn’t smell anything. We had to clean loads of female hair in the carpet from your trip, thanks
