Be prepared for a long review!! First off the car is a 10 out of 10. I can’t see what other previous stated to be factual because my experience with this vehicle has truly been phenomenal. This truck is truly a gas saver. Spacious and everything works as according. The host responds expeditiously and most of all shows grace and understanding. Most host be about money and over charging people but not this host. Lastly, the most reliable 3rd row Suv o have rented this far. No regrets and this is an honest review. Don’t let the outside fool you that Kia is a good truck. Thanks again

My trip was phenomenal in Juan’s car! Great communication from start to finish, excellent customer service. I especially enjoyed the simplicity of the contactless check-in/out process. He uses the DroneMobile app to give you access to the car, which you’ll download onto your phone before the trip. It allows you to unlock/lock the car doors from your phone, which came in extremely handy because there was a terrible rain storm when I was picking up the car, so I never had to fumble with keys. The car was clean, smelled nice, and great on gas. My trip to Austin and back only required one fill up of $34 @ $3.09/gallon. I would rent from Juan again and again! Thank you!

First time renting from host . Car was easy to locate . Host communicated well . Inside Car was tidy but back trunk could have been touched up a bit more. Car is good on gas as well. Only thing I didn’t like was that the car ran a bit rough . You can tell it has a bit of wear and tear but overall for the price this was a good rental for a day. Thanks again
