This was my first experience renting through Turo, and it couldn’t have gone better. The host was incredibly professional, communicative, and made the entire process easy from beginning to end. I always knew what to expect, and everything was handled seamlessly. As for the car, the 2026 Hyundai Sonata was fantastic. It was in immaculate condition, extremely clean, and obviously well cared for. It drove beautifully and was comfortable enough that I genuinely looked forward to getting behind the wheel each day. By the time the rental was over, I was honestly wishing I could keep it a little longer. I didn’t expect to miss a rental car, but I actually do. Having a great car paired with a host who was this easy to work with made my first Turo experience a really positive one. I’m glad I chose this particular rental, and if I’m ever in need of a car again, this host will be one of the first people I check with. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

My trip with Jason deserves 5 stars! He had great communication throughout my entire trip to be sure all remained well. The Corolla was very well maintained, basically brand new. Gas mileage in this car was the best for my trip to and from Austin. He was also very understanding when my return was delayed by an hour because of the heavy holiday traffic and rain. I would rent from Jason again and would highly recommended his Corolla to others.
