Not a good experience or riding conditions battery loose in the car kept having to open hood just to get car to turn on. Wouldnt reccomend that vehicle until they get it fixed

We immediately responded to her messages and offered to have a mobile technician dispatched to the car immediately but the renter refused. had no previous isssues with the vehicle or battery..upon return she had loosened the battery cables attempting to get money back. she continued to extend the vehicle despite claiming it was giving her constant issues. Host beware
Incredibly maintained well running vehicle excellent host communication And all in all an amazing trip. I have used the service many times, but this was by far the best experience I’ve had.
