I recently rented a 2022 Ford Transit from Jordan to help with a move up to the Dallas area from the RGV, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Jordan was incredibly respectful, professional, and friendly. He took the time to answer all of my questions, no matter how small,and made sure I felt confident and prepared before hitting the road. What really stood out was how flexible and understanding he was. Moving can be unpredictable, but Jordan was patient and accommodating with my schedule, which made a huge difference. He was easy to communicate with and genuinely cared about making the process as smooth as possible. The van itself was in great condition, clean, spacious, and perfect for transporting all of my things safely. It drove well and gave me peace of mind during a big transition. If you’re looking for a reliable vehicle and a great person to rent from, I highly recommend Jordan. You’ll be in great hands.
We rented this truck for a month. Loaded f-150 king ranch in fantastic condition. The power boost gives it the added oomph. The car had everything that we needed and more. The host was very friendly, responsive, accommodative. We would rent from the host again in a heartbeat. Thank you!!!

The van was great for our trip to Denver, CO! We were able to watch movies and relax. Very comfortable and includes a hitch to pull a trailer for luggage. The host was very responsive and helpful!
The owner came through in the clutch. We booked last minute and needed the car to tour homes while my main driver was in the shop. We were able to get what we needed accomplished and our client under contract with a beautiful home.

I personally had no problem with the car I understand it's an older car so quite naturally it will have a few little dings and scratches... I WILL DEFINITELY RENT IT AGAIN, I would have kept it longer but somebody had already rented it... As far as everything goes, it ran good for me, I don't have any complaints... I saw previous reviews.. but in all fairness people have to understand this is an older car, everything is not going to be the same as a brand new car.. but for the rental price, the fact that has unlimited mileage, and gets good gas mileage... You can't beat it.. not to mention the host was very nice, very communative, and seems like an all-around good person
Used Jordan’s Transit to get furniture; we decided to go with it because of the unlimited miles — it really made it easy not to have to worry about the calculations and overages on the other options around town. It was also so much cleaner and better kept than the truck rental companies (and no 65 mph governor so you can keep up with the flow of traffic on the interstate). Loved the fact that it has Bluetooth audio capabilities so I could throw on a playlist and not worry about stations. Jordan was awesome to work with. He was punctual, helpful, super friendly, and fast with communication. Pickup and drop off were a breeze — in and out in just a couple of minutes! 100% would book with Jordan again.
