I had a great experience renting this car. The host was very professional, helpful, and responsive throughout the entire rental. The pickup and return instructions were clear, and whenever I had a question, they were quick to respond and help. The car was comfortable and worked well during my trip. I really appreciate the excellent communication and customer service. I would definitely recommend renting from them and would gladly rent from them again!

I really wanted to like this trip but was dissatisfied the car smelled of smoke and was not clean. And the speaker would work and then would make static noises. I wish I had something positive to say.
