Everything was absolutely perfect. It was my first Turo car rental and I’m hooked! My BMW was at the mechanic; and I was up against the wall to find an alternative plan for my church conference in San Diego. The SUV was awesome to drive, was spacious and smooth. It didn’t take 1-2 hours to wait and rent. The host was very polite and professional! I’m definitely going to make Turo my 1st choice when I need a fast rental service, courtesy and professional. The price was also great! Thank you so much for everything; because of you I didn’t miss a beat and was able to stay on schedule to and from San Diego. Had a wonderful trip from beginning to end. Also, when returning the rental, lots of ducks came out from nowhere to see me off lol that was the best feeling ever!
I had a great experience renting from this host! I actually made a mistake on my return and dropped the car off at the wrong terminal. I was already running a few minutes behind and accidentally returned it around 2 instead of 4 because I was in a frenzy. She was incredibly understanding, came over to help, and even offered to drive me to the correct terminal. That level of kindness was so appreciated. The car itself was spotless and very well maintained. It came stocked with complimentary wipes and a charging cable. The cable didn’t work with my phone, but that wasn’t an issue since the car also has a fast-charging USB port and two 12V outlets, so there were plenty of charging options for a family or a business trip. Overall, this was an excellent rental experience, and I would absolutely rent from her again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Isabel was an amazing host! Her Hyundai Santa Fe was clean, comfortable, reliable, and perfect for our week-long vacation. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the entire rental process was smooth and hassle-free. The car was clean. Had a little bit of a cig smell, but it wasn’t horrible. I’d suggest an air freshener in the vehicle. Kenneth was awesome on the handoff and the instructions for return were concise and easy to understand. I will definitely rent a car from this location again. It’s very convenient to the Airport if u need to take an Uber or Bus to the Terminals.
