Our host Claudia was exceptional! Claudia went above and beyond her duties to help Raymond. Raymond is not tech savvy and we had a hiccup with the info getting submitted to you as he was unable to send anything via his telephone. Claudia was able to meet Raymond at the airport and help him complete his transaction. Claudia again helped Raymond on his return to return the rental car properly. Thank you again for all of your support. It is hard these days to have someone like Claudia follow through to make sure Raymond was taken care of.
