Five stars all around! Irwin was a fantastic host, and his 2024 Ford Transit was absolutely spotless. This wasn't your typical rental car cleaning. The van looked and felt like it had just come from a professional detail shop. You could tell real care went into preparing it for us, and we genuinely appreciated that. Pickup at Ontario Airport could not have been more convenient. When you’re traveling with family, an easy pickup and an immaculate vehicle make such a difference, and Irwin delivered on both. The whole experience was exactly what you hope for when renting through Turo. We will absolutely rent from Irwin again. Highly recommend both the host and this van!

Pick-up was super easy, and the drop-off/return process was just as smooth. The car drove great, and the air conditioning worked wonderfully, especially in this heat! It was also really good on gas, which was a huge plus. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely rent this car again!

Absolutely — here’s a polished but genuine version: Berenice was an excellent host! Communication was very smooth, and she responded to messages quickly whenever we had a question. The car was extremely easy to access, and the entire rental process was simple and hassle-free. The ride was very nice, clean, and, most importantly, smoke-free—we absolutely loved that! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would definitely recommend renting from Berenice to anyone, and I would absolutely rent from her again on our next trip!

The vehicle was completely spotless, well-maintained, and smelled fresh when we picked it up. Driving it was incredibly smooth. The seating configuration was perfect, providing plenty of legroom for everyone, and we still had more than enough cargo space for all of our luggage. The customer service team made the pickup and drop-off process exceptionally fast and stress-free. If you are planning a road trip or moving a large group, this passenger van rental is absolutely the way to go!

WOW WOW WOW!!! What an incredible van. Our party of 11 had a blast driving up the mountain with it. It still has the new car smell even after 50k miles! It was so clean inside out and everyone enjoyed the ride up. The back had "trunk" space that had enough room for all of our snowboarding gear: boards, boots, helmets, pull cart, luggage etc. Driving it felt really easy. It really doesn't feel like a 12-seater van. It felt like a minivan while driving. That's what my friend also said when he drove it as a secondary driver. The high roof really helped getting in and out since we also had a baby in the van. We absolutely had blast with the van and will be renting it again in the near future! The pictures of the van on the listing doesn't do it justice, but if they made them look good, I'm afraid I wouldn't get the rental dates I want in the future if everyone knew how nice it was.... =D I would equate the quality of the van on par with those Mercedes Sprinter vans! Pick up and drop off was really easy as they can remotely unlock when you arrive. I know this sounds like a paid advertisement, but it is definitely not. We really enjoyed it THAT much! The only thing I would suggest is to bring a phone mount/magnetic charger mounted on the vent or somewhere would help out a lot with navigation and everything. I had really nowhere to put my phone. Our group will be seeing this van again soon.
