Great experience from start to finish! The host Fei was friendly, professional, and very easy to communicate with. The rental was clean, reliable, and exactly as described. Pickup and drop-off were smooth and convenient, and the entire process was hassle-free. I would definitely rent from this host again and highly recommend the host Fei to anyone looking for a great car rental experience!
Great car! Felt like a rock star for a day trip with my six year old for his birthday. He loves cars. Only thing off was the small back window didn’t close all the way when the roof when back on. Not a big deal, I could adjust it by hand.
I had this car for much longer than I originally planned because I enjoyed it so much. From the very beginning, the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. Fei was an outstanding host throughout the rental. He was always responsive, easy to reach, and genuinely helpful whenever I had a question or needed assistance. Having a host who communicates so well made the whole experience even better. The car itself was exactly what I was looking for. It was very comfortable, enjoyable to drive, and surprisingly fuel-efficient, making it an excellent choice for both daily driving and longer road trips. The mileage was low, the vehicle was well maintained, and it was clear that great care had been taken to keep it in excellent condition. I would absolutely rent from Fei again without hesitation and highly recommend both the host and the car to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and hassle-free rental.

Ya is one of the best hosts I’ve worked with on Turo - super communicative and helpful, explaining all answers to my questions in detail and making sure I knew how to use the features of the car. The car itself was SPOTLESS, fuel was full when I picked it up and it ran like a dream during my entire trip! Check in and check out was very straightforward and easy. I will definitely book with Ya again!
