It’s my first time using Turo and I left my phone at home when I returned the car I returned the car on time but I had to rush all the way back home to end my rental trip on Turo now I know you have to go into the Turo app to end your rental.

Great host. Amazing fun car. Dropping the top down is easy and fast and makes for a great experience in LA. Can’t beat a stick shift. Drives and handles very well 5/5 would definitely rent again!

Everything went smooth, from the pick up to the return. Getting the car was easy Oscar was good with communication and vehicle was super clean inside and out. I would rent again.

Car I rented was great. Host was even better. Accommodated me for long term rental. They were easy to work with, communicative & generous. Pick-up & drop-off was simple. Definitely will be renting from them again in the future.
The car was great on gas the processes to rent the car was extremely easy and the host Daniel was very helpful and kind I definitely renting again...

I cannot recommend this host and vehicle enough. The Kia was clean, drove perfectly, and the gas mileage was absolutely amazing. But what really made this trip was the host, Dingli- easily the best host I’ve encountered on Turo. Communication was seamless from start to finish. If you’re trying to decide between this vehicle and another, it’s no contest. You’ll be beyond satisfied with this listing.

Everything was good. Great communication response from the host. The tint on the windows and the cold ac of the car really helps during the summer time. Would rent again.

Good host car ran excellent would definitely recommend and rent this car again

Super fun car, gets a lot of attention. The only thing that bothered me driver side blown speaker. It gets annoying but other than that, I will rent again. Thank you for a great time

The car was amazing to drive. Owner was very helpful when I had questions with the vehicle. Definitely will rent from them again.

Navigating peak hour traffic from Baldwin Park requires some strategic planning. Utilize real-time traffic apps to stay informed about congestion and accidents. Consider adjusting your departure times to avoid the worst of rush hour, typically between 7-9 AM and 4-7 PM. The San Bernardino Freeway (I-10) and San Gabriel River Freeway (I-605) are major routes but can get crowded. Look for alternative routes through local streets when highways are congested. If possible, use carpool lanes to potentially save time. Remember to factor in extra travel time during peak hours. Renting a fuel-efficient car can be beneficial for these longer commutes. Stay patient and alert, as LA traffic can be unpredictable, especially during rush hours or special events.
For exploring the diverse landscapes around Baldwin Park and the San Gabriel Valley, versatile vehicles are ideal. An SUV offers comfort for city driving and capability for mountain roads, perfect for trips to the nearby Angeles National Forest. If you're planning mostly urban exploration, a compact car can be great for navigating city streets and parking with ease. For those interested in fuel efficiency, consider a hybrid vehicle, which is well-suited for both city driving and longer trips. If you're heading to the coast, a convertible could enhance your scenic drive experience. Remember, the right car choice depends on your specific itinerary and preferences. Whatever you choose, ensure it's comfortable for potentially longer drives and suited to the varied terrain you might encounter.
When visiting Baldwin Park's commercial areas, it's important to be aware of local parking regulations. Many streets have time limits, typically ranging from one to two hours, so check posted signs carefully. Some areas may have metered parking, requiring payment during specific hours. The city also has several public parking lots, which can be convenient for longer stays. Be mindful of street sweeping schedules, as parking during these times can result in tickets. In shopping centers, always park in designated spaces to avoid potential fines. Disabled parking spaces are available but require proper permits. If you're unsure about parking rules in a specific area, it's best to ask local businesses or check the city's official website for the most up-to-date information.

A car with good climate control will ensure comfort in varied conditions. Stay informed about weather forecasts and adjust your plans accordingly for a safe and enjoyable trip.

Be prepared for sudden slowdowns, particularly near exits and interchanges. Watch for motorcycles, which may split lanes in heavy traffic. Stay focused and avoid distractions while driving. Remember, it's better to miss an exit than make a dangerous last-minute maneuver. Familiarize yourself with your rental car's features before hitting the freeway for added confidence.
While Baldwin Park itself doesn't have toll roads, there are express lanes and toll roads in the greater Los Angeles area that guests should be aware of. The nearby I-10 and I-110 freeways have express lanes that require a FasTrak transponder for use. These lanes can save time during peak hours but come with a fee. If you're planning trips further afield, be aware of toll roads like the 73, 133, 241, and 261 in Orange County. It's important to discuss toll options with your car rental provider before your trip.
