Car was not working had to end trip early
I appreciate your comment, and I suggest you to drive safely under California freeways speed limit next booking. Just some freeways speed limits are 70mph almost are 55/65 mph, but not never 90mph.

Absolutely appalling and poor vehicular service, from an even more appalling host, to so audaciously and boldly advertise a vehicle on this platform that is not functional in the slightest. I cannot and would not at ALL recommend this host nor any of his vehicle fleet as I do not trust the integrity of these cars' functionalities. Then, the lying.
Shortly after beginning my trip, the car developed a non-stop, serious intermittent starting issue. Cranking with no engine turn. After turning the vehicle off for even a brief stop, it often would not restart, leaving me stranded for extended periods of time. Eventually, the vehicle became completely inoperable, and I had to terminate my trip prematurely to re- rent. Thankfully, Turo's support team stepped in and handled the situation professionally and thoroughly and I did not spend a dime.
This vehicle should not have been listed for rent in its condition.
Beyond the inconvenience of being stranded for hours and running late to important commitments, this created unnecessary stress. I was even willing to give the host-owner a chance, but I could not continue driving this car.
The host assured me the vehicle had been checked and was ready to rent, and apologized for the inconvenience. He also promised to reimburse me for a portion of the rideshare expenses I incurred because of the vehicle's failure. Unfortunately, neither the reimbursement or follow-up from him regarding that promise happened.
I’m really so sorry for the troubles the vehicle showed up during your trip, I sadly offer you an apologize again. I know the frustration you feel for that inconvenience. I always checked, clean up and review everything is working great, before a new trip. But unfortunately the battery was the cause of this inconvenient this suddenly stopped working well. I took it as soon as possible to the mechanic and after the proper test determined to replace a new one. I appreciate your sincere comment.

Host communicates very well, very friendly. I had an incident with returning on time. I didn’t realize traffic was so insane. He understood and was awesome.

Usually I’m extremely friendly and talkative but this wasn’t a trip for pleasure so I wasn’t myself but he was still extremely nice and pleasant. The car ran beautifully and the pickup/drop off was smooth. I was late to the pickup but he was so reassuring. I will definitely book with him again.
