Kia rental in Ontario, CA

This is the second time I rent a car with this company and once again it did not disappoint us. The car is reliable and clean. The owner is very patient and very understanding nice people. I would recommend this to everybody. I will probably rent a car again to them this coming Sept.19 oh yeah and we had a very nice family trip Thank you so much for the experience and memories 💖👍👍😘

The owners of the car were the sweetest, nicest, most responsive and understanding you could ever get from a Turo host. Seriously. The car was extremely clean. It's completely new. It fits a lot of people and has super nice interior. If you have a family or need to transport a lot of people, don't even hesitate to rent from this couple. They were just the greatest. If I could rate ten stars I would! I'll rent again when I come back for sure.

Car was perfect for everything we needed. Easy to find and to drive! Danny was very communicative and made the whole pick up and return process a breeze. Would definitely rent from him again!

Overall, I had a great experience with this Turo rental. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the trip. The car was clean, comfortable, and drove smoothly with no issues. The only minor inconvenience was that the vehicle was provided with only half a tank of gas. I’m not sure if that’s standard policy, but it would have been more convenient to start with a full tank. Other than that, everything went well. Definitely would rent the Kia again!

The car I rented was excellent clean, comfortable, and in great condition. It drove smoothly the entire time, and everything worked perfectly. Host was awesome! Car was awesome! The whole process was awesome! Pickup and dropoff was a breeze. The host was very understanding of my “dad brain” moments I had on this trip. He was able to answer all of my questions and in a timely manner. Honestly, I am very grateful of the host as I really was all over the place mentally on my trip with my family. His messages were clear with instructions yet I still made the mistake of not reading the full message. And there were clear instructions about which key to use to actually start the car. I’d rent from him again! Car ran smooth and was maintained very well!

Very easy pickup and drop off. No issues, the car was very clean. The host was very helpful. Just needs some new tires but very happy with this van. Makes me want to buy one now.

5 star host, professional, friendly, easy to work with, and very responsive to all my questions. No hassle to pick up the minivan, perfect for a family trip of 8. The van is very spacious to accommodate 8 tall adults, brand new ride, smooth and loaded ride. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent nice and clean brand new minivan around Ontario, I would not look else where.
