Thank you for your feedback, Thomas. I was a little surprised by the 4-star rating since we had great communication throughout the trip, I provided the exact vehicle location for an easy pickup, and you mentioned that the car was in very good condition. I always strive to provide my guests with a 5-star experience and would have appreciated any additional feedback on what I could have done differently. Thank you again for choosing my vehicle!
Claudia was amazing. Very detailed and flexible. She was a fantastic at keeping in touch with me. The vehicle was perfect and great with gas/mileage. I highly recommend Claudia and any of her vehicles she has for rent.
