Picked the car up for a day trip to the shore - pick up was seamless, car was in great condition and clearly cleaned prior to our reservation. Would rent from Bayram again

I had to get my car fixed, so I needed a quick . This was the perfect vehicle to hold me until I got my car back. The car was very clean, very comfortable, and easy to navigate. The location was very easy to find. Very clear instructions. The renter and team were very kind and understanding to a couple of setbacks that I had on my way back returning the vehicle. They were also very responsive. I would definitely rent from them again if they’ll have me I’m very satisfied thank you very much for lending me your vehicle in this time.

The car was great and the check in/check out process was easy. The car had a full tank of gas and had great gas mileage. Everything was in working order. I opted for the car being delivered to me (an additional fee). Unfortunately the driver delivered the vehicle to me 20 mins late, and was 45 mins late to pick up. It didn’t end up being an issue because I didn’t need to leave right at pickup time, and I was able to find free street parking (in Manhattan) until the driver was able to arrive for drop off, but just an FYI for others using this feature. Also, I didn’t realize until after booking that there is a fee for pets, which in my experience is unusual for hosts who list the car as being pet friendly.

This Hyundai Santa Fe is a dream. Such a nice car. It was perfect for my busy weekend with family. Christian is a great helpful patient host and I am thankful that I got to rent his car from him.

This was the easiest car rental hands down that we have had through the Turo app. Pick up was extremely easy and occurred within minutes of us arriving to the pick up location (same as drop off). The car was in such a clean condition when we received it and extremely reliable/safe in stormy weather. Will easily rent again if needed in the future.
