Hyundai rental in New York, NY

Check in was convenient and instructions clear. Car was clean and worked great for long and short distances. Some garbage left behind probably from previous drivers but no big deal I took care of it. Would definitely rent again.

Car was clean, easy pickup and drop off, great experience and will rent again

I had to get my car fixed, so I needed a quick . This was the perfect vehicle to hold me until I got my car back. The car was very clean, very comfortable, and easy to navigate. The location was very easy to find. Very clear instructions. The renter and team were very kind and understanding to a couple of setbacks that I had on my way back returning the vehicle. They were also very responsive. I would definitely rent from them again if they’ll have me I’m very satisfied thank you very much for lending me your vehicle in this time.

Car location was a little hard to navigate if you’re not familiar with the mall parking lot but the host was helpful and communicated with me. Great host. Great car. Will rent again in the future.

The rear tires were low on air pressure and had to refill, which took more time than anticipated (about an hour extra because we had problem finding working air pumps). Tiff the Host was very apologetic and offered to refund cost / discount. I appreciate that and understand it's difficult to control for all aspects of quality, hope other renters won't have to go through the issue. Other than that the rental experience was great, car was clean, runs well, instructions clear, pick up and return was smooth, I would rent from them again if the need come.

Pickup and drop-off were super easy, and the host was very friendly and provided clear, helpful instructions. The car was easy to drive and fuel-efficient. Would definitely rent again!

Great car, easy booking process, and super responsive hosts! Will definitely rent from Ivan and the team again!

This was such a great, stress-free experience! Tiff is super organized and communicative, and the car was in excellent shape. Will definitely rent from her again!

The process for pick up and drop off was a breeze. The car was clean. Tiffany responded to my messages in a timely manner. I would definitely rent this vehicle again

Picked the car up for a day trip to the shore - pick up was seamless, car was in great condition and clearly cleaned prior to our reservation. Would rent from Bayram again

Great car and communication. Pickup and dropoff were easy. Would rent this car again!

The car was great for a quick weekend trip. The host delivered it right on time and had great communication! Would definitely rent again.

Great car, easy pickup. Good communication with host. Would rent again!

Good car, smooth communication, would rent from again!

This Hyundai Santa Fe is a dream. Such a nice car. It was perfect for my busy weekend with family. Christian is a great helpful patient host and I am thankful that I got to rent his car from him.

This was the easiest car rental hands down that we have had through the Turo app. Pick up was extremely easy and occurred within minutes of us arriving to the pick up location (same as drop off). The car was in such a clean condition when we received it and extremely reliable/safe in stormy weather. Will easily rent again if needed in the future.

This was all-around a perfect experience. Ivan was prompt, prepared, and communicative all the way through. Pick-up was a breeze and the car was excellent. This was everything you hope for when you rent a car through Turo.
