This is the second time I booked with DrivePro. The first time, I got a Chevy suv. Everything was perfect. The second time I got a BMW 5 series. This car was cleaned inside, but previously someone smoked in it, so the smell was under the air freshener. That wasn’t fun. Also, the BMW needed maintenance (brake pad and tire pressure warnings came on and the brakes squealed). Everything worked fine, DrivePro just needs to take it in for maintenance before the brake pads get too worn. The pickup is a little more involved than I would like…. Wish it was all keyless entry, but the attendant brings you the car quickly do, all-in-all it’s no biggie. The staff is always kind and helpful. For the Chevy SUV I gave 5 stars. For BMW I would give 4. But we live in a world where 4 stars hurts people /business so I’m not giving that and am giving 5. Just letting readers know the difference between cars.
