Eric was amazing and went above and beyond. He has been by far the best host we have ever used. The car was clean, charged, and ready for travel. We had a minor hiccup with some headlight issues, but Eric quickly assisted and found a resolution. All in all, Eric is a five star host and I highly recommend him for all your Tesla rental needs.
Very fun car to drive. Was my first time driving a Tesla and very straightforward other than understanding the charging situation and the challenge of planning trips. Definitely would rent again. The post was very responsive and communicated everything important. Understand how important it is to plan your charging if the car comes at 80% charge and you have a lot of running around to do. ;0)
Car is great! Car owner is fantastic! He brought the car to Scottsdale airport for us which really made this the most convenient car pickup ever! If you drive a Tesla regularly this is the perfect way to get around when you come into Phoenix area. Autopilot (supervised) is very helpful since I don’t know the area very well. I can’t say enough about the experience.
