Pick up and drop off were easy. The only thing I would say is if you plan to take it on highway out of town it was a little shaky going above 70 MPH, luckily we were in town the entire time and didn't need to go above 65 on local highways. Car had some minor dings and stains, but worked well for the short time we needed it!
