Great owner and great car. Perfect mpg situation for us with family all over the valley to visit and a day up in Sedona. Learning curve to a prius was not hard. Park was not on the gear shift and is a button and that was the main quirk (that, embarrassingly, took us a bit to figure out)

Great car and the owner was helpful and informative. They even called us to let us know the battery was low due to us leaving a dome light on. Only issue is that gas tank was 75% at pickup, pickup location incurred $11 parking fee, and front right blinker was out.

Great communication. Drove the car all around Phoenix for three days and it cost us $10.80 to top the tank off at the end of the trip - how sweet is that? Easy pick up and drop off at Mesa-Gateway Airport. Excellent value.

This was my first Turo trip. The process was easy, and the car was fine for what I paid. Carlos was great about communication. We had a small issue with the heating. He offered to meet us with a replacement vehicle, which wasn’t necessary. He was a true professional and I will rent from him again.

There is not a 10 star option so I'm making one. He sees people as family not a customer. He replies super fast and cares how you are and your trip. He doesn't do this because he needs to for the money he does it because he loves to do it and he loves meeting new people and bringing them into his family. If anyone is ever thinking about renting from anyone this guy is the one you want want EVERY TIME.
Robert and his daughter had perfect communication with me, checked in with me before and after the pickup/drop off and were very kind! The car was perfect for the drive up to flagstaff and AMAZING on gas! Robert made my last minute planning a breeze. With only around 12 hours' notice, he had this lovely Camry delivered to Phoenix/Mesa Gateway Airport. He made it incredibly easy to find the vehicle by sending me a photo of it's exact location. The car was perfectly clean inside and spotless on the outside. We were thankful for his responsiveness and flexibility.

The car ran smoothly and was very clean. The audio was also clear from my aux cord. Encountered no problems aside from the hi-beam occasionally going dim after a bit. Other than that, I highly recommend!

The corolla was a fantastic car to rent. It was very clean and rode very smooth. It even has Apple CarPlay, lane assist, and adaptive cruise control. Renting from here was a pleasure and I’d do it again.

Trent was a fantastic host! Any questions were answered promptly, he is extremely flexible with dates and times and he was all around pleasant to deal with. All details about the upcoming trip were easy to follow and the check in/out process combined might have taken 5 minutes (taking pictures of the car). Had a wonderful experience in Trent’s Prius, exploring parts of southern Arizona. Even though I lost a full day of adventure due to a flat tire, Trent communicated with me through the entire repair process. And Turo’s Roadside Assistance was very efficient and immediate. Pick up & return were a breeze- just wish that the nacho cheese spill from prior guest had been cleaned up upon pick up. A small thing, after all. Great EV mode in city traffic, outstanding mileage on the highway. I ended up extending the rental and would definitely carshare with Trent’s Prius again! Thank you, Trent.
Worked out great! The host was very generous to accommodate a drop off location near me and provided a lock box for contactless drop off. Everything in the description was spot on. They even had a pass for a car wash so my ride looked great each day. It was a fair rate and a great location for a rental in the Far East Valley. Would rent again!
Justin was wonderful from beginning to end. I picked up the car just 2 hours after my request and it was ready to go! I also had to extend several times and he was quick to approve all requests. He was always prompt on responding to my messages also! I will be renting vehicles from him again!!!
