when i got the car it wasn’t the cleanest as proven from pictures from myself and the host, after returning the vehicle the host texted me and said there was a wax substance on the floor behind the drivers seat which i didn’t see when i cleaned the car out in front of the host, the host also stated the car smelled like smoke when it sat for 6 days given to me and my family going on a cruise, the service overall was very disappointing because i was accused of something i did not do, the host was very wish washy her and her husband were nice in your face but over text messages very rude and disrespectful, not sure where the professionalism ended throughout my experience.

it's unfortunate that you didn't mention any issues until after I notified you of the smell and the waxy substance, never blamed you. Please upload any and all evidence of me being rude or unprofessional. I uploaded images of an immaculate van before your. this is the first time I'm hearing any mention of brakes from you. I had the brakes serviced the day before your trip and turo has the receipts.
Clean smooth ride, right on time delivery and the host vibe is amazing!!!🤩 What a great experience I’ll be back Taylor!
