Both hosts were absolutely amazing, friendly, and made the entire experience great. The Tesla was beautiful, clean, smooth, and so much fun to drive! Check-out was a little confusing, but that was honestly the only hiccup and nothing that would take away from the overall experience. Definitely a 10/10, and I would absolutely book with them again!

Disappointing experience
The valet key didn’t work, but the biggest issue was the tires. The driver-side front tire repeatedly lost air and needed to be inflated 1–2 times per day, and the front passenger tire had the same issue twice during the trip.
I reported every issue to the host as soon as I noticed it. A tire inflator was also already in the trunk, which made me question whether the host was aware of an existing tire problem.
I was on vacation and did not want to spend several hours of my trip sitting at a tire shop dealing with a maintenance issue that should have been addressed before the car was rented. Constantly monitoring tire pressure and stopping to add air was extremely inconvenient and concerning from a safety standpoint.
The Tesla was enjoyable to drive, but the recurring tire problems and non-working valet key significantly impacted the rental. I would not rent this vehicle again unless these issues are fully resolved.
