⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely fantastic host! The pickup process was easy, seamless, and very accommodating from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout the trip. the host was responsive, friendly, and great to work with. The Tesla was amazing, and experiencing the Full Self-Driving feature made this an unforgettable birthday trip. Charging was surprisingly simple and, in my opinion, much easier and more convenient than refueling with gas. Unfortunately, as I was exiting the highway behind an Amazon delivery van, a rock was thrown from the van’s path and struck the windshield, causing a crack. I was heartbroken because I’m very particular about my own belongings, and I treat anything I rent with that same level of care and respect. I immediately reported it and did everything I could to address the situation during the trip, and I’m confident everything will be worked out through the proper process. This truly was an incredible birthday experience. Even my youngest cried when it was time to return the Tesla because he loved it so much! That alone says how much we all enjoyed the experience. I genuinely appreciate the opportunity to rent from such an outstanding host. I would absolutely rent from them again without hesitation and highly recommend this host to anyone looking for a smooth, enjoyable Tesla experience. Great car for our 1 week rental in Virginia! First time living with a Tesla and it was great, the full self driving on long drives really helped and charging it at supercharging locations was easy. First off, Fernando was fantastic and first class! Open communication and was really flexible with pickup and drop off. He had the charged up and ready to go at pickup. The car is brand new and I was the first to drive it on Turo, lucky me 😁 Being a Tesla owner myself, I can appreciate the pristine condition of the car and quietness of the cabin. Great host. Helped a lot with understanding how the Tesla works (first time as a Tesla driver). Unfortunately, I was not able to get a refund for the Tesla app fee, even though I could not install the app itself and never actually used it. Other than that cool experience and nice host. Thank you!
We definitely had a few snags with our pick up of the vehicle . Ahmad was as helpful as he could be in a pretty confusing/stressful situation. After that was thankfully sorted out with his attempts at help and my patience and understanding, the car got us where we needed to go and we had a good trip. No actual issues with the car at all. Ran well and was a fun little drive.
