Great experience from start to finish. This vehicle was exactly what we needed in an emergency after another reservation was canceled on us while we were on the way. Pickup and drop-off were incredibly easy and very clearly explained, which made everything much less stressful. The car itself was great, drove well, and made it easy for us to do everything we needed during the trip. The owner was also very understanding of our situation and went out of their way to help with accommodations, which we really appreciated. Super grateful for the experience and would absolutely rent again. Highly recommend.

This BMW is exactly as described. Great car. Also very clean. I highly recommend this host and car. If you are not familiar with the Boston area the mileage included is more than enough. The host was very clear on where the car was parked. He made the rental process seemless with his timely attention and details. Even gave an address for a gas station near the airport to make fueling the car easy. I wish there were more stars to give.

Darren was a great host and this car (BMW) was the perfect touring car for a 4 day trip throughout the NE. The car was exceptionally clean and mechanically sound. The heads up display in conjunction with BMW nav was a nice feature, and while this car doesn’t have apple car play, it wasn’t missed. This was our first Turo experience and Darren made it extremely easy and explained everything I asked through app messaging. I gave him and this experience 5 stars only because 6 stars wasn’t an option.
