Demetrius was extraordinarily flexible and accommodating when some flight delays necessitated changes to the times and locations of our pickup and drop-off. Thank you so much!

The car itself was fine and drove well throughout the trip. However, the pickup experience was disappointing. The host suggested changing the pickup location to FLL, and I agreed to the change based on that suggestion. I did not independently request this change.
Despite the agreed-upon arrangement, the reservation still reflected MIA. This caused significant confusion and resulted in me waiting for more than an hour while the pickup situation was sorted out. I also incurred additional expenses because of the location discrepancy.
I understand that guests are responsible for ensuring reservation details are accurate, but when a location change is suggested and agreed upon by the host, I believe the host should also ensure the updated arrangement is properly reflected in the reservation. Better communication and coordination would have made this a much smoother experience.
