The car was great, easy to get to via shuttle from airport to economy lot. We forgot an item in the car after returning it, and Darren was so kind to mail it for us. Thank you for a nice, smooth, and easy experience!

Darren was a great host and this car (BMW) was the perfect touring car for a 4 day trip throughout the NE. The car was exceptionally clean and mechanically sound. The heads up display in conjunction with BMW nav was a nice feature, and while this car doesn’t have apple car play, it wasn’t missed. This was our first Turo experience and Darren made it extremely easy and explained everything I asked through app messaging. I gave him and this experience 5 stars only because 6 stars wasn’t an option.
