Renting the Cadillac Escalade for 18 days in Miami was truly one of the best car rental experiences I have ever had. The vehicle was exceptional in every way — spotless, luxurious, comfortable, and in outstanding condition, almost like a brand-new car. It was perfect for our trip and made our time in Miami even more enjoyable. What made this experience truly special, however, was the owner and the level of service provided. From the very beginning until the end of the rental period, the communication was excellent, professional, and incredibly friendly. The owner was always quick to respond, extremely helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best possible experience. It is rare to find someone who combines professionalism, honesty, kindness, and such outstanding customer service. Every detail was handled smoothly, making the entire process easy and stress-free. I highly recommend renting from this owner without any hesitation. If I visit Miami again, I would definitely rent from them again. We rented a car through Turo from Julia and had an amazing experience. We chose a brand-new Cadillac Escalade IQ and took it for 5 days for a family trip — the car was absolutely perfect. It was in flawless condition: clean, no scratches, and felt completely new. The car is fully electric, and that turned out to be a huge advantage. The range is close to 500 miles, and there are plenty of charging stations everywhere — we had zero issues charging it. Charging costs were also significantly lower compared to a gas vehicle. The Escalade IQ is incredibly smooth and comfortable. It has rear-wheel steering, which makes it surprisingly easy to handle for such a large SUV. With three rows of seats, our whole family had plenty of space and felt very comfortable throughout the trip. Everything with Julia went smoothly from start to finish. The pickup process was super easy, and the return was just as simple — no issues at all. What we especially appreciated was her attitude: very friendly, professional, and absolutely no pressure. She even let us pick up the car about 1.5 hours earlier, which made things even more convenient for us. Thank you so much for the opportunity to experience this amazing car — we truly enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend!
