We rented a car through Turo from Julia and had an amazing experience.
We chose a brand-new Cadillac Escalade IQ and took it for 5 days for a family trip — the car was absolutely perfect. It was in flawless condition: clean, no scratches, and felt completely new.
The car is fully electric, and that turned out to be a huge advantage. The range is close to 500 miles, and there are plenty of charging stations everywhere — we had zero issues charging it. Charging costs were also significantly lower compared to a gas vehicle.
The Escalade IQ is incredibly smooth and comfortable. It has rear-wheel steering, which makes it surprisingly easy to handle for such a large SUV. With three rows of seats, our whole family had plenty of space and felt very comfortable throughout the trip.
Everything with Julia went smoothly from start to finish. The pickup process was super easy, and the return was just as simple — no issues at all. What we especially appreciated was her attitude: very friendly, professional, and absolutely no pressure.
She even let us pick up the car about 1.5 hours earlier, which made things even more convenient for us.
