Renting the Cadillac Escalade for 18 days in Miami was truly one of the best car rental experiences I have ever had.
The vehicle was exceptional in every way — spotless, luxurious, comfortable, and in outstanding condition, almost like a brand-new car. It was perfect for our trip and made our time in Miami even more enjoyable.
What made this experience truly special, however, was the owner and the level of service provided. From the very beginning until the end of the rental period, the communication was excellent, professional, and incredibly friendly. The owner was always quick to respond, extremely helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best possible experience.
It is rare to find someone who combines professionalism, honesty, kindness, and such outstanding customer service. Every detail was handled smoothly, making the entire process easy and stress-free.
I highly recommend renting from this owner without any hesitation. If I visit Miami again, I would definitely rent from them again. A perfect experience from start to finish.
