Exceptional Turo host! He went above and beyond to help me navigate some confusion and complications with my reservation, and really helped me out of a bind. He was incredibly understanding, accommodating, and patient throughout the entire process. The BMW convertible drove beautifully and received many compliments! Communication was excellent from start to finish—professional, courteous, responsive, and genuinely friendly. The car was exceptionally clean and exactly as expected. I had a great experience renting the 2022 BMW X3 for three days. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and drove extremely smoothly. It had plenty of power, a nice interior, and all the features I needed for a comfortable trip. The X3 was also great on the highway and felt very safe and reliable. Overall, it was an excellent three-day rental, and I would definitely rent this BMW X3 again. Highly recommend!
