Exceptional Turo host! He went above and beyond to help me navigate some confusion and complications with my reservation, and really helped me out of a bind. He was incredibly understanding, accommodating, and patient throughout the entire process.
The BMW convertible drove beautifully and received many compliments!
Communication was excellent from start to finish—professional, courteous, responsive, and genuinely friendly. The car was exceptionally clean and exactly as expected. It’s rare to find someone who puts this much effort into making sure their guest has a great experience.
I couldn’t have asked for a better host and would highly recommend him to anyone using Turo. Five stars all around!

Pickup and drop off was easy and fast. However, the car had some problems. The big problem was that the car constantly had squeaking sounds when the car shakes even a bit, which is every second when the car is moving. So that was annoying. Was also never reimbursed for the pickup parking costs and charged extra for gas filled to full when the car wasn’t picked up with full fuel. Had the car for 5 days and while it being a convertible is enjoyable, everything else is disappointing. Should’ve went with a different car that would’ve been newer and cheaper.
