Giraffe enterprises is a great rental group thus far. They answered in a timely manner And even had my car waiting early. The only drawback is the parking fee. But I was happy to have my car there because our plane landed early. The car was very enjoyable and spacious. Smooth ride and clean. I will definitely rent again!

The car was absolutely spotless, smelled amazing, and drove smoothly with no issues whatsoever. It was clear that Karen takes great pride in maintaining her vehicle. She even had cleaning supplies available and a diffuser that kept the car smelling fresh throughout the entire trip such thoughtful touches that really made a difference! I can not rave about this company enough. I’ll start with convenience; traveling with young kids is a lot. The extra bags, the meltdowns, etc. Our biggest stresses while traveling are how we’re going to carry everything with just two adults and how we’re going to get our car seats somewhere safely. Finding a car once you get to the airport usually calls for shuttles, extra time, etc. The convenience of a short walk to the parking garage was AMAZINGLY seamless. We requested car seats as well. You never know what kind of car seats you’re going to get with a rental car. We’ve traveled before and ended up buying new car seats because of the condition and quality of car seats previously. When we arrived to the car they were installed, clean, and quality… not for one child but all three of our kids. Before our trip Poyraz Tourism Services LLC was extremely responsive and helpful any time I had a question. They were quick to reassure us that we would be taken care of during our trip/rental with them. It’s rare to find a car provider who is over the top. My husband dropped us all off after our short trip to Florida at our cruise port and in the craziness of getting our kids and luggage out we forgot our bag carrier in the trunk. When we arrived back to Florida they met up with us for us to receive it back. That’s not something any car rental place will do for you. This is why I will only ever use Poyraz Tourism Services LLC, because they don’t just care about getting car rentals booked, they care about the people who rent their cars. L Thank you so very much.
