I’ve used Turo for years and rent a car each year when I visit Fort Lauderdale. Nickardo is the best host I’ve ever had! The Honda Pilot was very clean and easy directions to find it at FLL. The description stated the car seat would be properly installed, which it was not…it was sitting in the trunk. There was an issue with not being able to find the ticket from entering the garage for pick up, so we had to pay over $20 to exit the garage, which was a slight inconvenience. Owner did communicate well, and allowed us to drop off at the cruise port, which was perfect. Overall, a great trip with two minor issues.

The car was excellent—very comfortable and everything worked well. Communication was perfect; he was very attentive the entire time. He mentioned that he had forgotten to tell me the sunroof wasn’t working, but he informed me afterward. Other than that, everything was great. I would recommend and would definitely rent the SUV again.
