I’ve used Turo for years and rent a car each year when I visit Fort Lauderdale. Nickardo is the best host I’ve ever had! Richard was amazing! The car was very convenient when picked up at the airport. It was just what we needed size wise and he had two car seats for my grandkids. The van was really nice, clean, comfortable and it drove smoothly! We really enjoyed it! Richard was accommodating when our flights were delayed for another 24 hrs and he met us at the airport for the return! It was nice meeting him and the communication was great! The car was excellent—very comfortable and everything worked well. Communication was perfect; he was very attentive the entire time. He mentioned that he had forgotten to tell me the sunroof wasn’t working, but he informed me afterward. Other than that, everything was great. I would recommend and would definitely rent the SUV again.
