No Tesla Charging Kit in the vehicle. It would’ve been very convenient to be able to charge the Tesla while it was in my garage or elsewhere. Please install a Tesla Charging Kit in the vehicle as soon as possible. Otherwise, the car was fantastic! Thank you so much!

The ride was excellent in the Tesla we rented out. We took it out & got the full Tesla experience on a semi-roadtrip out of DC with a small group of friends. We experienced the wonders of supercharging as well as that instant Tesla torque. The car was in excellent condition & worked great for the experience we were looking to get out of it. Considering a Tesla as a future purchase, check this out. One comment I must say, I wish it had a bigger battery & autopilot haha; apart from that it was an awesome ride & I look forward to owning my own Tesla in the time to come. Thnx again.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Rami was an incredible host, and his Tesla was literally in NEW condition. I have been looking for a Tesla to rent in the area for a while and after going through a list, I knew Rami was the one to go for, and I wasn’t wrong, Rami made sure I was briefed on the controls as I had never driven a Tesla before, he was there throughout my entire rental answering all my questions. I’ve been on Turo for a while now, and I can confidently tell you if you need or want to experience a Tesla or any other car Rami offers, Rami is your go-to without a doubt. This car was so fun to drive around in! Esteban was very communicative and flexible with pick up and drop off. He also gave a thorough introduction to the car, which helped a lot given that I’ve never driven a Tesla before. I would absolutely rent another one of Esteban’s cars again!

Esteban was a pleasure to work with. He was helpful and available throughout the rental experience. The Tesla is a quite different from the typical gas-powered vehicle, and without a good (and patient) introduction it could be daunting. Esteban provided all of that and then some. I felt pretty confident after his thorough explanation of the car’s operation and features. The car was spotless upon pickup and all systems worked as described. The autopilot capability was *extremely* impressive, and definitely takes the drudgery out of driving. With the built-in safety measures — deployed at *all* times regardless of autopilot— the car felt extremely safe to drive. I sincerely hope that Turo singles out owners like Esteban, as they make the Turo experience not just useful but enjoyable. After my time with the Tesla, I immediately scheduled another rental (with Esteban), partly due to the Tesla but also because of the ease of working with him. If you’re considering an electric car, this is the car to try and this is the owner to work with.

I love this car a wonderful way to have fun on my bday. Had a little problem with trying to charge it because all the charging stations were underground when I tried to go charge it. But it was closed. I reached out and was walked through exactly what I needed to do would rent again

Outstanding service. Immediate responses. Flexible and service oriented, even when I had a delay in the pickup.. The car had just come out of the factory, so it was spotless. Unfortunately I slightly scratched two wheels, so we will have to deal with this, but even then (the car was brand new!) the response was super understanding, calm and friendly. I strongly recommend them.
