Car not unlocked when I got there, had to wait 15 minutes then eventually call. Keycard didn’t work well from the start then on day 2 didn’t work at all. Owner got me access via phone, but very annoying to deal with. The car has a smell. Pretty bad. Smells are subjective, but I was not the only one who could smell it.

Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
