Everything about this experience was amazing. Pickup was easy, communication was excellent, and the Model Y was clean, fully charged, and incredible to drive. FSD made the road trip even more enjoyable, and the entire process from pickup to drop-off was seamless. I would definitely rent from Shaobo again and highly recommend him.

All great! Clean car, charged on pickup, FSD V14 enabled and very convenient. Supercharging and EZ pass are billed afterward through Turo, no problems during the trip. Note for home charging from an outlet: no cable is included so I brought my own. (Public chargers also work great) Shaobo was very quick to communicate and helpful.
