Pick up was a challenge as the key card used to start the vehicle was broken in half and the host had no idea. Spent a great deal of time trying to figure out what to do but host was helpful in figuring out a solution of using my phone as the key card through the Tesla app which came with its own challenge. Other than that, car was great overall and I will book again provided that a new key card has been obtained
