Renter is completely responsible for any thing that occurs during the reservation to the wrap. 1) NO Smoking/Vaping/Eating in the car. Renter is responsible for a cleaning fee if there is smoke smell. Do NOT use air freshener to cover up any smells either or you will be charged a fee for aromas- car is delivered natural, please return it that way. (Bottled water OK) 2) Renter is responsible for any wear and tear during the rental period including any damage to rims/wheels/curb rash. 3) Please do NOT use any cleaning products in the vehicle. Should you need to wipe down any surfaces, use only water and microfiber towel. 4) Towing is not permitted

This was leaps and bounds above the last trip I reserved. The hosts were pleasant and so very nice. Everything about the vehicle was explained to me clearly. There was no issue with time the directions they gave were easy to follow and they were very flexible with a late evening return. The vehicle was squeaky clean and had a full tank. 10/10 recommend!!
