This was my first time using Turo, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The SUV was exceptional—clean, fresh, spacious, and exactly as described. Brian and Stephanie made the entire process seamless. Their pickup instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the location simple to find. They were both courteous, professional, and responded quickly to all of my questions, which made me feel confident throughout the rental process. From the excellent customer service to the amazing vehicle and great price, everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend renting from Brian and Stephanie and would absolutely book with them again!

5++++++ on the clear and kind communication. Very easy to pick up and drop off the car. There are no thrills to this car. It is basic but absolutely easy to drive!!!! The car was super clean. The value was unbeatable. Andres price was very reasonable. I would definately rent this car or any of his cars again.

The quality of the car was great, even had the “new car” smell which was a nice . The pickup was easy (please note, this is a company with multiple reps, if you need to chat, please allow a few minutes to get a response). The agents were helpful at pickup and return and I’d definitely rent this car again if available.

Car quality great except the car smelled like smoke when I picked it up. Just be aware that you still have to take the shuttle bus at DFW to get over to the car rental place and then walk. I don’t know 300 yards to get to the car. Not great when it’s super hot out otherwise, I like The program

I was a little worried about picking up a car from a airport as I have never done this before, but you guys made everything so easy. The car clean, drive smooth, didn’t have a problem.
