Ford rental in Euless, TX

Gilberto has a nice little fleet of older-but-not-too-old cars to rent. Our minivan suffered a series of malfunctions just before a big trip, and we had to find something on pretty short notice. I found turo.com and this was our solution. For various reasons, we were looking at one of his 2012 Ford Escapes, but that one wasn't available so we rented a 2011 instead. The traditional rental car places won't guarantee a model in advance, just a "class" (like compact car, small SUV, full-size SUV, etc.), but we wanted a specific model so this was a great solution, and at about 1/3 the price of the "normal" places. My insurance agent assured me my own insurance would cover the rental (minus my usual deductible) so I didn't have to buy extra coverage. For the number of days we rented, we got 1,200 miles included, which was just right for our trip of about 1,100 miles. Everything went smoothly and we had a great trip. I'll keep turo.com and Gilberto in mind if we need another rental.

Wow. Just wow. If you’re planning to rent a car while in Oahu, this Ford Mustang convertible is absolutely the way to do it. There’s nothing like dropping the top and cruising along the island coastlines with the Hawaiian sun and ocean views around you. It honestly became one of the highlights of our trip. The car itself was spotless, fun to drive, and perfect for exploring the island. But what really made the experience exceptional was Gabriel. From start to finish, he was incredibly responsive, professional, and accommodating. Pick-up and drop-off were seamless, and he went out of his way to make everything easy and stress-free for our family. If you’re considering renting a vehicle in Oahu, do yourself a favor and rent from Gabriel. You won’t regret it!

Van was great. Hosts were accommodating even though pickup at MCO is not easy with having to use shuttles and off property lots. I would rent again, just not sure I’d choose Turo over the car rental companies in Orlando because of convenience factor of the ease from rental companies being right there at the airport.

The car was fantastic, perfect for exploring Oahu. The car was dropped off a bit late, but the host bought me breakfast and allowed for a later return, which made up for it. Next time we're on the island we'll be looking to rent a car from Tom again!

Great communication from Liam, and car had great mileage. It’s a bit older but runs great. This was my first time renting a car for a day on Turo and I had a good experience overall, would rent again and price was very reasonable.

Excellent experience with Ray from start to finish. The blue convertible Ford Mustang was absolutely perfect for driving around Florida — clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. Everything was handled with complete transparency, communication was smooth the whole time, and Ray was always available and responsive whenever needed. You can really tell he cares about providing a great experience. The car itself was amazing to cruise around Miami and the Keys in — honestly the perfect Florida car. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to rent from Ray again next time I’m in Florida. Highly recommended!

Wow, this guy really goes above and beyond. On my trip, a semi feral cat decided the one thing she needed to keep her kittens safe was the key fob to this car. Imagine my surprise coming out of the shower and NO KEYS! After much ado, (key smith can't replace the fob because hybrids are Special) and the nearest dealer 40km away. Jordan came to the rescue, took time out of his busy day and overnighted the spare key. Problem solved! We did finally find the original key in a crawl space two houses over and across the street. His efforts were the very definition of Above and Beyond. Great car, excellent mileage. If you are looking to rent a car in this area, this is the guy you want to deal with. 5 Stars

The whole process was easier and less expensive than if I’d used a standard car rental agency. This was my first time renting through Turo and I am a convert.
